Questions
Do I need a Microsoft or Google email address?
No. You sign in with a Microsoft or Google account, but that account can use any address: a free Microsoft account can be created for your existing work email. The mailbox you connect can be Microsoft 365, Gmail or any provider with IMAP and SMTP.
Will Followloop send anything without me?
Only what you approved or scheduled: campaigns you put in the queue, sequences you switched on and drafts you sent. AI writes drafts but never sends them.
Where is my data stored?
In Microsoft Azure data centres in the EU (Germany, and Sweden for the AI model). Followloop keeps only a short text of each email, not attachments, and deletes it after the retention period you choose. See the privacy policy.
Can my private email stay private?
Yes. Limit syncing to chosen folders, subject keywords or known contacts, and nothing else is stored.
Is this a mass-mailing tool?
No. Followloop is for personal sales email. Sending goes through your own mailbox with limits, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed or bounced addresses are never mailed again.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export contacts to CSV at any time, or download everything as a ZIP. Deleting the organization removes all of its data.
